When I was 14 years old I decided to collect cards for a season. I managed to collect the entire set of 1983/84 OpeeChee hockey cards. That is the only set I have. Man I chewed a lot of bubble gum that season! I still have the set and I'm proud to say that it is in mint condition. Out of curiousity I looked it up a couple years ago thinking it must be worth a fortune...as turns out, it's only worth a few hundred bucks
I'm interested in hearing what other people have for FULL SETS of hockey cards.
Well last year I was at the flea market and I bought a full sat a cards in french. I forget what king they are but they are from somewhere in the early 90's.
Hundreds of autographs, hundreds of jersey cards. I have about 100 complete sets, give or take. I also have 5 autographed jerseys, and a few signed sticks (my favorite is the one signed by Maurice Rocket Richard. I got that one in person when I met him when I was 14.
I've been collecting since I was 7, and I'm now 36.
And no, I'm not telling anyone where I live.

I have full upper deck sets of cards from i belive the 90s to 2003 also a set of 79-80 opeechee cards varrious other loose cards and rookies and autographs mike bossy autographed cards from when he came to sault ste marie
I have full sets of O-pee-chee sets from 86-89. I also have full sets of Upper Decks sets from 90-94. Other than that I mostly have singles mainly high quality rookie cards.
I only ever had 1 full set and that was a early 90's or late 80's ProSet. I think it's worth like 2 bucks or something. I remeber giving away 5 Brett Hull rookies to a friend who said they weren't anything at the time (O-Pee Chee I think). Collecting cards became too expensive for me so I started collecting only goalies. I would trade regular players for more goalies. Best card was a Roy rookie, All-Team and a Manon Rheaume.
