Pavel Bure, then Alex Ovechkin.
There probably should be a other option too. |

Kharlimov(sp?) the only Russian player that the Canadian players feared(for his talent and not his stick work, hehe),enter Bobby Clarke(feared by all for his stick work, hehe)problem solved.I voted Tretiak because he always stood on his head in North America and would have been, imo,a great NHL goalie. |

Fedorov is the best all around player there. He played forward and defense. Was incredibly fast. He's top three best skaters I've seen. Very smooth. He can score, set up plays and is very responsible defensively. I think Fetisov belongs on this list too. |

wow you guys must all be young....Igor Larionov, Sergei Makarov and Viacheslav Fetisov...had they all been young when they came to the NHL would ripped it up. I mean even when they came, they made their teams that much better. I mean Fetisov alone has 3 Stanley cups...two as a player with tha Wings and one as Assistant coach in Jersey...two olympic gold medals, 7 world championship gold medals and he's in the Hockey Hall of Fame. Makarov won all those medals plus the Calder Trophy and Larionov is in the same boat as Festisov...and should be in the hall of fame.
Bure didn't play long enough to get into the hall...and Fedorov....well maybe...but not before Larionov

Kharlemov--and yes he was feared by the Canadians; you didn't want to let him get near the goal (so Bobby Clarke cracked his ankle and got him out of the game)
I voted Fetisov; he was a terror on the Russian team and amazing in the NHL--3 Stanley Cups in only a few years, not to mention all the gold medals in the Olympics/World Championships. Makarov would've been my second choice--he had similar accomplishments plus he scored more goals than any of these other famous Russians.
Tretjak wins it for best goalie. |

Fetisov #1 easily, then Bure/Larionov are tied for 2nd (they brought completely different games) |

From videos I have seen, and what people have said, I would say Bure. But from what I have seen in my time I think Sergei Federov would be the best Russian of all time.
