| Interesting poll question if you'd put as options, the teams which are likely to make the playoffs and not teams like Toronto. Sadly, there will be some Leafs fans that just for the polls sake, will vote for them! I myself find it more likely that "none" would happen than the Leafs at this point. I mean, it could be cancelled for many reasons...... |

| Well my in my mind none of these teams are going to win it. But the closet team that will get to the stanley cup will be chicago. Im not a fan of them, Im a fan of washington but they suck right now so Im going with Chicago |

It's so tough to predict, but to me here are the teams that has a shot. Chicago, Vancouver, San Jose and Detroit in the west.
Washington, Pittsburgh, New Jersey and Buffalo in the east. I wanted to say Philly but it will be hard with Boucher in net.
Chicago and Detroit will meet in the western final and Buffalo and Pittsburgh in the eastern final.
I predict a final of Chicago and Buffalo and Chicago wins the cup (if they go with Niemi)
Phoenix and Nashville could surprise.
All this will probably change when I see the matchups. |

I would say Cancuks, Colorado, Detroit have the west's best chance. in the easy it is Washington....... umm maybe Ottawa or New "jewrsy". so i vote the None option :)
(if carolina makes playoffs they have they have best chance for east) |

I can not say for certain who will win the cup...
But I'm going to vote for the Pittsburgh Penguins.
They have kept their core in tact from the past two seasons, where they went to the Cup finals to lose to Detroit, then win the Stanley Cup against Detroit.
Would a third year in a row of Detroit vs Pittsburgh be out of the question? I don't believe so.
But, I'm going to say Pens take the cup again.
