"Other" for Canada I really like the talent coming from the Czech Republic. Jagr, Kaberle, Sykora, Havlat, Hejduk, Elias, Straka, Michalek(s). Canada and Russia are most dominant though, both countries have endless talent. |

I voted other for Canada because Crosby,Sakic,Heatley,Thornton,Brodeur,Luongo,Turco,Phaneuf, and lots more

He meant to exclude Canada probably because he knew everyone would pick it.
I don't think that there's any question that Finland has the best goalies (Kiprusoff, Toskala, Lehtonen). Sweden has the old guys (Forsberg, Sundin, Naslund, Lidstrom) so I count them out. Russia has a bunch of good youngsters (Ovechkin, Malkin, Semin).
I give Russia and Finland a tie. |

Excluding Canada, I said Russia. Finland was a close second. (Had this poll been done in 1980 I would've said USA )

excluding Canada i'd say Russia they have alot of young talent like Ovechkin,Kovalchuk,Semin,Malkin,Frolov,Afinogenov etc. and then there are some Veterans like Yashin,Fedorov,Vyacheslav Kozlov,Zubov,Kovalev etc. |
