Saku Koivu because he has the best dertirmation in the NHL and has quite a bit of talent.

Definitely Saku Koivu. One, he is talented, and two he has persistance--he's come back from cancer and gotten injured tons of times, but he doesn't let that discourage him; he keeps on playing, and playing well.
