My friends cannot get sign-in to view the pool I set up. When they enter the pool password it says that it has not been activated. How do I "activate" the pool so that the pool password works.
No problem, this is easily taken care of in 1 of 2 ways.
1) As it says in the signup process and in the email you received after you signed up, you must activate your Pool before others can view it. To do this just click on the link in the email you received after you signed up.
2) If you did not receive this email it is likely because of a mistype in the email address when it was entered. Be sure to fix that for future use. If you do not have that email please contact support@pickuphockey.com and we will activate it from this end. We will need your pool name please
