The trade deadline is fast approaching and here is what is out there in the online rumor mill:

-Tony Gallagher mentioned that the Canucks may be interested in Brian Smolinski

-Chicago News outlets report a Aucoin & Smolinski for Samsonov & Rivet deal to be in the works but that has obviously been affected by Samsonov being placed on waivers

-Everyone is interested in Forsberg

TSN reports that Samsonov is now going to stay in Montreal!!!

I suspect (No source on this part) that they have a deal in place for Forsberg, and once he gets to Montreal, they are going to put Samsonov on his line. This is why he has suddenly changed his tune!!!

If the panthers traded bertuzzi they would be STUPID they gave up there franchise goalie for him, he dominated his first 3 games before he had back problems. they should atleast give him the rest of the year
