Wisnewski is a defenceman, and Montreal has depth there, so im not sure how much he will be used but Montreal won this deal
Henderson has scored for Canada |

To me, the answer is easy.
The Canadiens win this trade by a landslide. They add a solid Top-4 defencemen to the roster, to help fill in the void left by Markov (due to injury).
This will hurt the development of PK Subban a bit though, in my opinion. Although, I think Montreal are doing a good job of that lately without adding Woznewski. By scratching him here and there, coming down hard on him for some minor mistakes, etc...
The Habs have just strengthened their D, without losing anybody from it. He can tally some points, plays physical and with an edge. Good pick up.
The Islanders receive... two picks that will likely not result in a full-time NHL player, in the end. I'm guessing, it was all about freeing up more finances, on a failing team. Even though, they are near the salary floor. Are they looking to add Rolston on re-entry waivers?

That's like asking who gets the better end of a 3-0 shutout. |

The Islanders got him five months ago for a conditional third rounder and then trade him for a second and a conditional fifth...that sounds pretty good to me.
Still a solid pick-up for the Habs though. |
