Hull is one of the all time nicest players. I met him at an old timers game a few years back and he hasn't changed since his playing days. He was more than happy to stand a chat for a few minutes with me.
Incredibly strong as well. Look at the still photo of him in this clip. After you see that, it's not so hard to believe he had a recorded 118 mph slap shot.
One of my all time favourite players.

Great little clip here. It shows a few things that are quite different from todays game.
First of all that superstars weren't afraid to get their hands dirty and mix it up and secondly that there was great respect between players.
Watch closely at the very end of the clip. Bobby gives Bobby a hand up. You don't see anything like that happen these days.
