A very very good defenseman. He could do everything required. Powerful checker, excellent defensively and offensively. The only thing I can hold against him is his arrogance. I mean saying you're better than Bobby Orr? Unlikely.

No, just the greats.
Actually I thought i would start a series of these threads because it seems to be a younger set in this forum. I just wanted to share some history with everyone.
Some more comments on what people think of these guys would be great though. What do you think about what you saw in the video clips?

He looked amazing. Im only 14 but I feel like I know so much history about hockey it is not even funny. i have read alot of books about the leafs and about hockey history in general. I have this huge book called kings of the ice ( it has almost all the great hockey players) and whenever I am bored I read about the greats. In the GOAT draft i feel i can win. If hockey history was a subject in school I would own.

Long Live Leafs Nation!!

It's always good to hear the younger people taking an interest and respecting the history of the game.
I'll be doing some I Miss threads with a few Leaf players too. There were some great ones.

There should be a hockey history class in school. It would be the only history class I could stay awake in.
