I was not even aware that such a study and ranking system was in place, and this is the 9th annual, go figure. Takes into account all kinds of measure - affordability, "bang for buck", fan relationship measure, etc.
According to this ranking, TB ranks first in the NHL, and is second overall. Toronto ranks last in the NHL, and 3rd last overall. Not surprisingly to me Vancouver ended up right in the middle of the pack for the NHL, and top-3rd of the entire list - great player relations and fan relationships countered by pretty low affordability
