Ya I agree they should but i think they should send like nashville or new jersey to winipeg or quebec. Those two teams don't have any fans anyways so that would be a good idea.

| We all know everyone here is die hard hockey fans but the question is there a town where they would constantly fill seats, through the hard times?? I know this isn't a fair comparison but before the lockout some teams were having troubles filling 10000 seats, and although hockey is a sport, it is a business first. |

Toronto and and all Canadian teams
Edmonton and Calgary
Quebec and Montreal
Somewhat Vancouver and Edmonton and Calgary |

But yeah I agree--more teams to Canada, fewer in the south. But since several Canadian cities can't sustain teams alone, they'd have to represent entire provinces. Nothing wrong with that, just pointing it out... |

Unfortunately the almighty dollar will prevent any more cities in Canada from having an NHL team.
However, one can dream, so I will "dream" that Canada could/should have 5 more teams, in the following order.
1) Winnipeg
2) Halifax
3) Quebec City
4) Regina
5) St. John's (Can you just imagine a nationally televised game from St. John's. The fans would be more entertaining than the game! Man, that would be fun.
Alas, it's just a pipe dream. |

| Yeah, and how do you know? Myself and every hockey fan I've ever met go to games because we like to watch hockey, it has nothing to do with money. I'm not sure where the fans caring only about money comes from...the fans want to see a game, it's the franchise owners who care about the money. |
