Sami Salo signed a 4 year extension with the Canucks yesterday rumered to be worth rougly $3.5 million which is also around what both Ohlund and Salo are making, i was just wondering everyone elses opinions on the matter are.

I think it's fantastic and it's great to see Salo give Vancouver a discount because he likes Vancouer a lot and he thinks the team has potential moving forward. He certainly would get better dollar numbers if he played the free agent field.

Good for him. Great for the Canucks.

Nice to see that the all mighty dollar doesnt always win.
