Mine would have to be Matt Cooke of the Vancouver Canucks, he is the slimiest little peice of crap in the league. He only hits people when they are in a vunerable position and always refuses to back up his actions. Many times i have seen players confront him only to see Cooke turtle, or he'll start swinging once the refs are in the way so the other play can't fight back.
