Poll Question:
Who would you trade Victor Hedman for? You only get 5 trades per year, and you can't trade with other teams, you can only pick up free agents.
This a single year pool.
Point Structure:

3 Hat Trick
+1 Short handed goal

There is no one on that list that is an upgrade on Hedman. Unless he got injured and I haven't heard about it, I would keep him.
And sorry to tue guy who took Souray. Get ready to be disappointed with his performance or his next injury. |

Yah the thing about Souray is that I'm afraid of his injury proneness, but I have to hand it to him he's been good, just don't know for how long. There are two on the list that stand out for me, Ekman-Larsson and MAB, but like you said it's not much of an upgrade, as of now at least.
Another thing is that I was reading a couple of articles/draft kits saying that Hedman will be on the first unit PP, but right now it's Brewer. Do any of you think Hedman will soon replace Brewer or it might be pretty much out of Hedman's reach for a first unit PP this year? |

The first PP unit in TB right now is Brewer, and MAB. Hedman may move up to the first unit, but I think that MAB will probably stay there for the season (barring injury or some significant slowdown). He's not the most defensive dman out there, but you can't deny that he knows how to put points on the board.
If you're in a single season pool only, and its points only, I'd take MAB over Hedman. |
