Who will win Saturday night in the Leafs vs.Canadiens game.

I think it will be Montreal.
Note to Saku: if the Canadiens grab one point with this game, even if Toronto wins it in overtime or in a shootout, it will be enough for them to stay in front of the Leafs in the standings.
But, if the Islanders wins both games remaining (saturday @Flyers, sunday @Devils) and the Canadiens doesn't get two poins vs Leafs, then they will earn the 8th spot ahead of both Canadiens and Leafs.
So, i'll be in front of my TV this saturday night for sure, catching the game on CBC...

I have faith in my Leafs. But everyone knows that it will be a very close low scoring game because of the pressure on BOTH teams. I still give the Leafs the edge in front of the home crowd
The Islanders are done in my mind. They MIGHT beat the Flyers but they have NO chance against the Devils. |

Here is the historical take from a bitter, broken down, cynical, jaded and beaten-up Bruins fan who has seen many a Habs team break heart after heart of fans from more deserving cities that haven't seen the Cup for decades and decades and decades (and in the Leafs case add yet another "decades"):

There is not going to be an OT cause if its tie ind the end of the 3rd the Leafs will pull the goalie so without a miracle the Habs will score the differential and seal this one.

The leafs will win if they score the first goal, otherwise the habs are just going to play it safe and keep the leafs from scoring (they might get one). But it will be a low scoring game for sure, hopefully the leafs will come out on top

That game was amazing. So exciting and non-stop action. Hopefully Isles lose tomorrow. My bro can't stop talking about the game, and he is only 9. Best game I've ever seen in a long time.
