you put the URL in between [img] [/img but put ] at the end of [/img

.Its simple. If on a page there is a single picture, copy the site, and when you go to post it click the picture icon above.

You can also save the pic and use www.tinypic.com. It will give u a url to use in forum posting. Hope that helped.
