Only Detroit and Washington are without a loss at this early point in the season.

Which team will lose their first game of the season?

Tonight (October 22nd) we will have the answer, because these two (and the only two) unbeaten teams face off against each other. Kinda neat how this worked out!

Wow - total domination by Washington!

The Wings entered the game with the league's best GAA (1.40 after 5 games), but in allowing 7 goals in their game against the Caps tonight, they matched in one game the number of goals they allowed in their previous five games!

It's way too early to make Stanley Cup Predictions, but I can't completely dispute Don Cherry's comments in Coach's Corner that if Vokuon stays healthy, the Caps look to make the Cup Finals!
