I bet you Gomez can tie Ward, but word on the street is The habs are going to hire a Spanish speaking coach and if that's the case Gomez will probably score 50 or 60 this season

To be fair, Gomez has only played in 13 games this season. Tomas Kaberle (his teammate) has played in all 37 games without getting a goal so far.

Kaberle is not known for scoring a lot of goals, but 0 in 37 games? He's more of a playmaking defenseman, but he's only managed 14 assists in 37 games.

He has (by far) the worst plus/minus stats on the team (at -14), and it's not because he logs the most minutes. P.K. Subban and Josh Georges log more minutes than Kaberle, and their plus/minus stats are even and +7 respectively.

Keep in mind, he has only played 8 games in Montreal. Yes, he's a -2 in those games, but that -14 has as much to do with his time in Carolina as anything else! I'm not saying he's playing well or anything, just pointing out that he's been moved to a new team where he may still be feeling out his new surroundings and that the big minus number could be improved upon once he's aclimatized to his new "mates"!
