i think the final four will be
From the West
STL vs NSH
From the East
PHI vs BOS
cup final being
PHI vs NSH
NSH winning its first cup in history.
i had originally thought that stl was gonna win the cup obviously i have changed my mind |

This year, for my hockey pools, I am going with
Pittsburgh / NY Rangers out fo the East, and
St. Louis / Nashville out of the West . . . with potential for Chicago and even LA to be there.
The problem for me is the West, where up and down too many teams could make the final. Tough to go against a stacked Vancouver team, but they have drawn what may be the best 8th place team ever in LA. And LA looks exactly like the kind of team that can beat the 'Nucks (see: Boston).
So in the end, I went with the two best current defences in the playoffs to meet out West . . . but honestly, I am not confident at all. Could just as easily be Vancouver, Detroit, Chicago, even LA or San Jose.
