Poll Question:
Who had a better goaltending performance in the triple overtime loss on May 2nd?

Choices:

the goalie that won the game

I think Holtby faced harder shots and better chances, and might have been more steady, but in the end Lundqvist let in one less goal, which is all that counts.

Nuxfan pretty much said it. The goalie that won the game had a better performance.

The arena wall in chicago should be credited with a goal.

Both played well, but I gave the nod to Hank...not only because of he earned the win, but he had to make some very tough saves in OT. A couple of key glove saves come to mind, as well as a flurry (2nd overtime maybe, i don't even remember) where he had to come up with 3 or 4 big stops.

How about an honorable mention for Ryan Callahan, he made some huge saves for the Rangers Same goes for Dan Girardi.

If you are going for honorable mention...The Iron takes it. How many posts got hit in that game...crazy...the most memorable being Ovie's off the giveaway from 10 feet!

Great game. Super suprised to watch the entire NSH game and then get to watch OT finish. Great hockey!
