I played with the New York Rangers in 1959, and in 1981.
I won my only Stanley Cup in my 4th season.
I played in the WHA.
I made two jersey numbers famous in the NHL.
I was a fifty goal scorer 5 times in the NHL.

Hint for the first clue, he played for the NHL New York Rangers, but the games were not official NHL games...

I don't necessarily agree with everything I say.

Well then that's an entirely different question altogether then I stil can't see any player that fits the criteria. Unless there are any more "riddle" tricks in the question.

The first clue is not a riddle trick, he played in games that the New York Rangers played the years listed...Did they tour Europe at sometime???

I don't necessarily agree with everything I say.

Sorry not Vic Hadfield.

I played with the New York Rangers in 1959, and in 1981.
I won my only Stanley Cup in my 4th season.
I played in the WHA.
I made two jersey numbers famous in the NHL 9, and 16.
I was a fifty goal scorer 5 times in the NHL.
My son scored more career goals than I did in the NHL.

I don't necessarily agree with everything I say.

CORRECT

Bobby Hull was on loan from the Chicago Black Hawks, and Played for the New York Rangers in the “Rangers vs. Bruins 1959 European Tour” called the Brainstorming Tour. He then suited up for the New York Rangers in the 1981 DN-Cup…

I was overlooked in my draft year.
I am one of the top penalty leaders of all time.
I even did a little acting.

Who am I ?

Hey, I'm not a lumberjack, or a fur trader....
I don't live in an igloo or eat blubber, or own a dogsled....
and I don't know Jimmy, Sally or Suzy from Canada,
although I'm certain they're really really nice.

I have a Prime Minister, not a president.
I speak English and French, not American.
And I pronounce it 'about', not 'a boot'.

I can proudly sew my country's flag on my backpack.
I believe in peace keeping, not policing,
diversity, not assimilation,
and that the beaver is a truly proud and noble animal.
A toque is a hat, a chesterfield is a couch,
and it is pronounced 'zed' not 'zee', 'zed' !!!!

Canada is the second largest landmass!
The first nation of hockey!
and the best part of North America

Louis Berlinquette...

More Goals "42" Than Assists "31".

Played for three teams, the Montreal Canadiens, Montreal Maroons, and the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Darn, I never won a Cup...

My older brother and I suffered from the same injury in our careers, but mine was so bad I had to retire at an early age.

Brett Lindros??

If you are under the age of 15, please do some research before you make a post about anything pre-1997.

I was arguable the ulgiest hockey player in the history of the game, I was drafted my Philly. and played for a total of 5 different teams before I retired. Who am I??
