Why split up the checking line of Moen-Pahlsson and R.Niedermayer?
My way of looking at it
Chris Kunitz-Andy Mcdonald-Tood Bertuzzi
Drew Miller-Ryan Getzlaf-Corey Perry
Travis Moen-Samuel Pahlsson-Rob Niedermayer
Brad May-Todd Marchant-Ryan Carter/George Parros or even Bobby Ryan*
* Bobby Ryan was taken 2nd overall rite behind Sidney Crosby.

That first line up posted by hockey news made no sense what so ever. Yours made so much more sense, but I'd but Ryan with Getzlaf and Perry. Ryan is built almost like Penner so would suit that line very well.
Note Pahlson is hurt right now so Marchant would probably move up to centre the shut down line. |

He has really fallen of the radar after being chosen 2nd overall.
