I checked my e-mail address 15 times, and I wrote the right thing.
still, not receiving the activation email....

Write an email to the ADMINS of the site, they will fix it for you.

That's what they did for me.
Click on "contact us" at the bottom of the web page.

me too, and it's really pissing me off. The season starts soon, and my poolies are gonna be mad at me if I can't get this thing started. I just tried contacting the website.

Hi gang, here is the routine for what to do to activate your pool (and what to do if you don't get your activation email)

To activate your pool just click on the link in the email you should have received after you set the pool up (Should arrive almost immediately) If you didn’t receive it try this

1) Double check the spelling of the email address you input for the pool admin to be sure.
2) Check your spam filter to see if it is in there. Be sure to set up your spam filter to allow our emails to come through. They may have been blocked (Your ISP might have blocked it too).
3) If all looks good go to the "Edit Pool ID" page. At the top is a link to resend the email. Click it and check your email again.
4) if it is still not there, then email us and include your POOL NAME & ADMIN PASSWORD and we can activate it from this end.
