I am not recieving my updates email. CANUCKS RULE!!!
Are you using a hotmail email account? We think that hotmail is blocking emails. We're looking into correcting this. Please feel free to let them know tha t you want them too.
OK, IF YOU HAVE A HOTMAIL ACCOUNT be sure to add PickupHockey.com as a safe sender in your account preferences. This will allow your stats update emails through.

If you've set your hotmail to receive it you should get it the NEXT time the stats are sent out (whatever the frequency is set to for your pool)

FOR EVERYONE - THE EMAILS ARE BEING SENT. If you didn't get them it could be one of the following reasons:
1) a mistype in your email address when your admin set it up (ask them to correct it) 2) your computer/firewall spam filter didn't let it through (please allow them through) 3) your Internet/mail service provider blocked it (please ask them not to or set your mail preferences to let them through (hotmail)) 4) It bounced back to us because your email account was full at the time

the email that was sent to me a few days ago came through my email but to activate my pool email has not come why
Detailed Instructions: - Log into your hotmail account - Select the ‘options’ button (on the right side of your screen when viewing your inbox) The Options are: - Manage Your Account - Junk Email - Customize Your Mail - Customize Your Contacts
Under ‘Junk Email’ there will be two options:
- Filters and Reporting - Safe and Blocked Senders
Select ‘Safe and Blocked Senders’
Under this option, there will be three more choices:
