As noted in a few recent postings, it appears that Jarome Iginla has been traded from the Flames to the Bruins.

Perhaps more surprising is the ovation Flames fans gave Wayne Gretzky at the Flames-Av's game tonight. As you can see from this clip, Gretzky almost seems surprised by the applause.

And while one can claim that both occurences are not really surprising in today terms, who would have thought so 10 or more years ago?
