Poll Question:
Which NHL story has captured your attention more?

Choices:

Edmonton Eberle and Nugent-Hopkins trade rumours
Leafs goaltender Bernier being sent to the minors
Canadiens handling of the Beaulieu concussion protocol
Other (what?)

The only one I knew about was Bernier to the Minors (which is ho hum) typical of minor Leafs news hitting the front page versus real news. The other ones were actual news, if they are true. On to NHL.com to see if this is true. Would love for my team to get in the RNH sweepstakes if it is true.

Sure enough not on the front page of NHL.com. Had to do a google search to see the Edmonton Journal story on it and seen the video wherein RNH and Mclellan talk about the possibility of a trade. I know its only speculation, but with the core being in dire need of a change, its about time they start shopping the former #1s and bring in some players who remember what a winning streak feels like. They are close to turning a corner, but there is no chance this is the core to get to the playoffs, or to make a challenge in the playoffs

How about how crappy a season Crosby is having? Arguably the best player in the world, playing with guys like Malkin, Letang, and Kessel, and he's got less points than Lee Stempniak?!?!

what kind of topsy turvy NHL season is this???
