If you didn't watch Leafs vs. Caps game 6 tonight you missed it! Once again overtime was needed. The Leafs now go home having represented themselves well and the Caps must now face the Penguins in what is likely to be the best series of this years playoffs.
Did you hear about the retired proctologist? He spent 40 years saying "what's a place like this doing in a girl like you?"

| I know this might come across as a bash, but this game was boring. Especially weird since it was such a high profile game. I started doing other things while it was on because it couldn't keep my attention. Is that normal for a Washington game? |

It was the lowest scoring and probably tightest game of the series. I think we'll agree to disagree that it was "boring", but to each his own.
It was a damn exciting series, to be honest, most exciting series I've watched since Pitts/Caps years ago. Hopefully those same two teams don't disappoint this time around, it'll be a tough act to follow!

OT aside, it was low event otherwise. I blamed it on Washington bottling up the ice well, which kept it close, but I just felt for a final game in the series the Leafs didn't play as hard as the did earlier in the series. |

Well the leafs did themselves no embarrassment in taking the Presidents Trophy winners to overtime in three out of six games. I am going to go out on a limb right here right now and say the Leafs will hoist the Stanley Cup by 2021! They seem to be just a couple blue liners away.

actually they took them to OT in 5 of the 6 games. and even the one that didn't go to OT was only decided by one goal.
most exciting team I've seen the Leafs put on the ice in a very long time. good times ahead for once! |

| Joshua you must have missed the first 4 games of that series . Tor / Wash.....most exciting hockey of the playoffs . Even some of my hab fans said the same thing . last 2 werent as exciting though . Leafs will lift Lord Stanley in 2019 !!!!!!!! |

Just as an interesting little side note I saw an item today that Lord Stanley himself never saw a hockey game.
