An admisnistrators message for the pools said that Henrik Lundqvist would be awarded points for his shutout win in the shootout against boston when the site next updates. However his team lost, an boston is credited with 1 goal on the official scoresheet. Does Lundqvist still get the bonus points for a shutout? or just for the shootout loss.
Thanks

Lundqvist gets the Shoot Out Loss and the Shut Out. The NHL still credits the goalie with the Shut Out as you can see here:

The same way that the NHL does not credit skaters for their shoot out goals, the goals are not counted against the goaltender in a shoot out. So for statistical reasons the NHL credits the goalie with a shut out after the OT period.

If the NHL changes this we will too.
