I'm liking the suggestions so far! Um, Leafsfan_94, Alex edited one of his posts and suggested that everyone keep track of their own salary cap space which I think is a fantastic idea. There are some websites that make this very easy to do.
ANd I would love to manage the actual competition but the newest version of EHM that I have is 2003 with will not work. So unless someone would be willing to buy me a copy of 2007 (I think that's the newest one), I don't think I will be able to run the competition. SOrry guys! But I'll definitely play if someone can manage the competition!

This is of course just what I have heard but UTorrent is supposed to be good for this type of thing....think they said something about Daemon Tools Lite too  |

Hold on there a second, I am not in charge of anything. I will manage the Oilers if (and only if) the season is some kind of simulation. I will get involved in managing salary caps as well if no one else wants to, but I am not in change of how things are going to run.

this isnt my game. this was hkailrah's game but hes never on.
i didnt even use salary cap when i played last year. that's why i didnt want it this year. and i dont even knoe how nashvillepreds made the standings. so if anyone has any idea. i woulf lirke to hear them

Technically this is your game LF94. You are the one that brought it back to life. I cant imagine that anybody was thinking of doing this again. Dont start appointing people to positions when you are not even sure how your OWN game is going to work.
A basic system should be put into place. A salary cap, trades(peding approval by some sort of commitee), and a way of deciding who did the best to improe their team.
You started this game so you should have a plan put into place.
I also joined to manage a team. I will not be incharge of anything. |

since my Flames are gone....I'll take Wayne and the coyotes....just because they got Oli....and I'd trade him for the right price....
If anyone wants al montoya....I'll take a bag of puck...I hate that grease ball! |

Long time no talk lol,
Anyways im going to be taking the Tampa Bay Lightining-I think this team has lots of potential with their new player(s) (Stamkos). I hope this game works it was lots of fun last year and that we find a way to simulate it at the end of the year. BTW i cant do the simulations - all tied up in sports and school sorry.
So i'll be taking the Lightning, please and thank-you.
