i think he should be the backup playing 25-30 games in 2009-2010 NHL season. hes been playing with the marlies for two years and one pre-season game. and has done pretty good.
here are his stats:
in 2006-2007 he had 19 wins 25 losses. i admit not great numbers but the marlies wernt that good.
in 07-08 he had 26 wins and 10 losses. great numbers and the marlies played great.
he also played one game in a pre season game in 07-08 the leafs lost 3-2 but pogge played very well
and correct me if im wrong he was in defeated in the WJC
so he may not be the starting goalie intil the 10-11 season maybe even 09-10 if he plays amazing and the leafs trade toskala (unlikely) kind of like what montreal did with price. all i know is he's the future of toronto's goaltending and will make a great addition in the NHL

I say he will play 5 games in the 08/09 season . Then Joseph will retire and he will be the backup and play about 20 games in the 09/10 season . Then he will be the starter in in the 10/11 season .

give him time to mature then he will be good. 1 year. we'll see him next year for sure
