* not in terms of dirty play on the ice , but in terms of their off the ice behavior

gotta believe two of the biggest sob's have to be Bob Probert and John Kordic. Of the two I think Kordic was worse and his history well documented. Players didn't like him on or off the ice.

He did try and kill someone
Although you could argue David Frost was, just because of all the stuff he has done, whether it be raping kids or whatever.
