Whats with you and Steve Mason? He's started only somewhere around 20 games and already you are putting him everywhere including ahead of Price on your 2010 Canada roster. Hes been great no doubt but you are way to premature. |

Price is good, but he's not that good.... Steve Mason is a better rookie goaltender than what Price was |

In the West i voted for: Patrick Kane ( 16 G, 25 A, 41 P ) Jarome Iginla ( 18 G, 27 A, 45 P ) Joe Thornton ( 9 G, 37 A, 46 P ) Evgeni Nabokov ( 21-3-4 ) 2.44 GAA 2 SO Sheldon Souray ( 12 G, 16 A, 28 P ) 46 PIM Rob Blake ( 6 G, 20 A, 26 P ) +11 69 PIM
In my book they deserve to start. |

Ok, I hate to sound so negative, but do some of you even watch hockey or do you just go by the most recent stats from sportscentre??? Leaving such an obvious choice like Miika Kiprusoff off the list and putting on a guy like Mason is the exact reason why the NHL should move away from fan voting for the all star game and go back to coaches and GM's making the choices.
Kiprusoff leads the league in games play, 2nd in SO, faced the 2nd most shots again, still has a GAA under 3 and a save percentage over .900. Most importantly, he does what goalies are supposed to do better than anyone else this year, and that's win games. Even with the number of games played, Kipper wins almost 65% of the games he plays, Mason is at 59% playing fewer games.
I mean c'mon, it's not even close. Anyone who would pick Mason over Kipper this year is completely out of touch with reality. Seriously, stop wasting peolpe's time. If people want to know who the top scorers are by position, they can go to NHL.com themselves. This is just a waste of space on the server! |

Hanley, Price will be one of, if not the best goalie in the NHL by the end of next season. Mark my words. Steve Mason will not be.
Im reffering to you saying that you think he should be considered ahead of price for the 2010 team. |
