I much prefer the term 'unattractive', as I am prone to look in the mirror and realize I have the perfect face for radio myself.
I'd have to go off the list, though and pledge Mike Ricci, not sure if he is still playing somewhere or not, but man, when he had that long unruly head of hair and that airplane hangar gap in his front teeth....
Of course all time, Tim Hunter would wear the crown hands down!!
Now I feel lke the pot calling kettles names....... |

I usually don't rate guys in terms of their attractiveness but Tim Hunter was one Ugly dude, so was Ricci, and also Chelios |

I'm sorry, but anyone who doesn't say Rod Brind'Amour hasn't seen Rod Brind'Amour. When doing our hockey pool this year someone wrote THE TROLL and we all knew who he had picked. Granted, he's old, but he looks like something from a fable to scare small children. Ricci and Hejduk just have thin noses and Smyth's just got a super broken nose and perpetually sweaty hair. They're no lookers, but they're not related to Shrek either. |

A nickname that gets used around Edmonton alot for Shawn Horcoff is "meatface". Or when I'm at the game and Horcoff misses the net with one of his shots, I always hear some fans yell "HEY HORCOFF, USE YOUR GOOD EYE!". It's mean but still kinda funny. |

this is the stupidest thing anyone has ever done. Ha Seriously? Are we that bored, we are now rating men on their looks? Wow haha. But i did vote and i said Parros for the mustache. Is the next poll going to be who has the best personality, or who would call you back first after a date?? |

I remember a reporter asking Tim Hunter how many times his nose has been broken. He looked into the camera and said "Never, why?". The reporter didn't know what to say so Hunter says "I was born this way, I have my mothers nose." It still makes me giggle |

It's kind of funny that I see this topic. I have never thought about it myself, but just these evening my girlfriend seen Jarkko Ruutu on tv, during the Sens vs MTL game. And she referred to him as the ugliest man alive. Haha.
So I voted Ruutu, for her I guess.

"is" - present tense of the verb 'to be'
Present tense . . . that means the question relates to who is playing, not who was playing or who played.

Yeah well when people said Tim Hunter, Mike Ricci, Lanny MacDonald and more I thought it didn't matter if I threw Gino Odjick in there.
The ugliest player playing in the NHL right now is probably Rod Brind'Amour.
It doesn't really matter if we don't follow the topic to the letter. It's a discussion and discussion tends to derail most of the time. |

Do you get your rocks off with these kind of posts? I would have to say its kinda gay that you care this much about proper english in a hockey forum. Most hockey players cant even turn on a computer (well that might be a stretch but you get the point) and on a hockey website your probably going to have allot of hockey guys that really dont care about grammer, spelling and all the other little gay things you nit pick about. And yes i have read the forum rules.
Now that ive said my piece ill have to vote Jaosn Blake. He looks lie hes never seen the sun. |
