The Hockey Pool software is now live! We launched it at 2:30pm today. So go on and set up your free hockey pool today! Enjoy the season!

Here is the latest on the new hockey pool software. We ran into a delay. I am assured that tomorrow (Sept 12th, 2003) the software will indeed be functional before the end of the workday PST. Just in time for the weekend. Thanks for the patience!

Well I'm sounding like a broken record now!

I am told that there is another delay. We anticipate it to be ready by this evening but I an getting tired of promising this to my members and not delivering so I have decided to make Tuesday the 16th the launch date for the Hockey Pool Software. However, if it is ready on the weekend we will get it up earlier.This way I won't be blowing smoke at all of you like I did this week and it will give my developers a chance to make sure everything is right.

Coincidentally this will coincide with the launch of our new site. That's right, on top of a few new features, Pickuphockey.com is getting a face lift. It will be cleaner, lighter, and easier to use.

Once again my apologies for the delay in the pool software launch. Fortunately you will still have over 2 weeks to set it up before the action starts.
