Shooting for six
Jordan Eberle, Ryan Ellis, Taylor Hall, Colton Teubert, Brayden Schenn, Nazim Kadri, Stefan Della Rovre all made the team, Jake Allen is the likely starter.
My favourite player selected is Luke Adam from the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles. This kid is a beast both offensively and on the boards. I watched him play in the Subway Super Series for the QMJHL team and he was eating up Russian back-checkers every shift.
There's a lot of dirty old occ's around thats the problem

Im just really happy that Kadri made the team and Louis Leblanc did not 
I was surprised when I first heard that Tyler Seguin was cut, but then when I thought about it, alot of 17 year olds that arent named Crosby get cut.
There is no "I" in team, but there is an "M" and an "E". |

From all the reports I've read Seguin just didn't play up to snuff at the camp and that's where it matters most. Also Kadri was pretty close to being the odd man out so I don't think we can crack the champagne on that one yet.
It will be interesting to see who Desjardin shifts to the wing, with Jordan Eberle, Nazim Kadri, Brayden Schenn, Patrice Cormier, Luke Adam, Jordan Caron, and Adam Henrique all listed as natural centremen. My Guess would be:
Eberle - 1st line offensive centre
Kadri - 2nd line setup centre
Schenn - 3rd line checking/scoring centre
Adam - 4th line checking centre
Which would leave Henrique, Caron, and Cormier getting shifted to the wing.
Brandon McMillan, Brayden Schenn, and Greg Nemisz all played on a line together for the U18 team so I would assume they will play together again. However there is always the possibility of putting Nemisz with Hall and Henrique keeping the Spitfire line together.
