Here I have compiled a small list of notable omissions from the top 7 competing nations.

Feel free to discuss who you feel should have made each team, you may also include who you would remove in their place.

(Please note, I only included NHL Players that are missing at this time.)

Canada
(D) Mike Green
(D) Jay Bouwmeester
(F) Brad Richards
(F) Martin St. Luis
(F) Vincent Lecavlier

Czech Republic
(F) Vinny Prospal
(F) Michael Frolik
(F) Milan Hejduk
(F) Radim Vrbata
(F) Ales Hemsky
(F) Rostislav Olesz
(D) Roman Hamrlik

Finland
(F) Jussi Jokinen
(F) Sean Bergenheim

Russia
(F) Vyachaslev Kozlov
(F) Segei Samsonov

Slovakia
(F) Marek Svatos
(D) Boris Valabick

Sweden
(F) Kristian Huselius
(F) Michael Samuelsson
(D) Alexander Edler
(F) Nicklas Bergfors
(F) Patric Berglund
(D) Victor Hedman

United States
(F) Tim Connolly
(F) RJ Umburger
(F) Kyle Okposo
(F) Mike Modano
(F) Keith Tkchuck
(D) Andy Greene
(F) Jason Blake
(F) Brian Rolston
(F) Scott Gomez
(D) Ryan Whitney
(D) Lee Stempniak
(F/D) Dustin Byfuglien
(D) Tyler Myeres

I could easily have included more for Canada, Russia, Sweden & the US. However, I tryed keeping the list limited. Though I did find a lot of players from the US, that could have easily replaced guys on the US roster. I think they left off a lot of talent.

Feel free to add/replace who you feel should be on those teams.
