We conducted an upgrade last night and it caused an error in the pool calculations in pools with the BIAS RULE enabled. We have corrected the error and are updating the system now. It should be resolved by 12pm PST. We apologise for the inconvenience. No need to email support.

We will post here when the system has completed its update so you can check your pools again.

The update completed at 12:29pm PST and the pool's affected (bias rule pools only) should be counting the correct amount of player's now. Thank you for your patience while we resolved the matter this morning.

All other pools were unaffected.
