Half of Carlo's injury problems are self inflicted. He needs to learn to reel it in a little bit. Smashing guys with every last inch of his strength consistently puts him in a more vulnerable postion to be hurt. A for instance was his attempt to wallpaper Koivu behind the Leaf net in the last Hab game. Koivu knows it's coming and ducks which resulted in Carlo doing a face plant into the boards and just about breaking his own neck. You can take your check out while not being so overly aggressive that the result ends up a detriment to yourself? He just needs to cool it a little and play more within himself and things will go a good deal better for him as far as injuries go. |

I know about your close ties to Carlo. However, I got to say, the guy is made of glass. Something is always hurting him. It's unfortunate too because given the time to flourish properly he could cash in on a lot of potential. Maybe things will turn around, but history is no indicator of that.
