I get the question; they are the canadian team captains, but it's a little weird considering 4 of the 6 options aren't even Canadian. But I'll play along; Koivu, because his team is kicking ass and he knows about overcoming adversity. He must be pretty inspiring. |

Most of those players aren't even FROM Canada...a little weird since they're considered for Captain Canada
I said Koivu though |

Yeah yeah, I know, I was just saying it's kinda funny that "Captain Canada" could potentially be Finnish, for example. |

I think that Iginla contributes more to his team on the scoreboard than Koivu. Also, if you watch Iginla, he never takes a shift off. He's got my vote. |

Koivu without a doubt. He is the leader of the top Canadian team right now. Naslund has to be the worst fo the bunch - well maybe he and Alfie are tied for last. |

Alfreddson is doing horrible with the Sens. He should not be on there.

i honestly think that jason smith is not as good as a captain as ryan smyth would be. Ryan smyth is essentially the heart and soul of the team and deseves the "C" even an injury this season he is doing good! What a warrior |

Iginla is definately the best because he is an all-round player and he is used in so many situations powerplay and penalty kill for example |
