Alright, 19 views and one guess. Too hard. Sorry. The answer is Art Ross.
Ok this one is probably too easy. What NYI became the first D-man to record 300 goals? |

you gave it to us to soon, Art Ross in the 1931 playoffs pulled Tiny Thompson... It is in d*** Irvin Jr's book " Behind the bench"
Denis Potvin?

Denis Potvin... and I believe he was only the 2nd Dman to ever accomplish that.
Now.. if they only kept a stat of how many players were severly debilitated by one of his gargantuan hip-checks, he'd be in record books again...

You are correct Pucknuts. It was Potvin. Sorry I got a little impatient i guess. I'll chill next time.
Next Question.
On April 22, 1988, what New Jersey Devil recorded 8 points in a playoff game, setting a then new NHL record for the most points in a playoff game, which would be tied a year later by Mario Lemieux? |

His checks were pretty devastating. He wanted to play pro football. Could you tell? |

Last minute of play in the 3rd period!
Is that what you mean by general announcement? |

Slapshot you are correct. Next Q. Who was the first player who signed a contract with the World Hockey Association, jumping from the NHL, despite the rather low level of importance the NHL gave to the new league? |

No need to look up Bernie Parent, I am a Leaf fan...Most people would think Hull, he just signed the largest contract at the start, and that triggered more NHL players to bite...

New Question. Which player who has over 2500 all time career penalty minutes scored the most goals in one season? How many did he score? Don't look it up. It's too easy. |

Really close but no. Both name and number are wrong. I was actually really surprised to see Verbeek that high in PIM. I mean, i remember him being dirty but didn't realize he was quite that bad.

Next Q. There are two players in the top 25 all time career points list that retired with the same points total. One is Dave Andreychuck. Who is he tied with? Again it's too easy if you look it up. |
