I agree...
Unless there is a goalie that has scored more, and not necessarily shot it in the net but was last to touch the puck...

Billy smith was the first to score...
and I'm sure Brodeur had 2 and I might add that
I *HATE* it when goalies try this hot-dog move.

2) yup Craig McTavish was the last NHL player not wearing a helmet. 1979 — The National Hockey League makes helmets mandatory for all new players entering the league. Any player already in the league and not wearing a helmet is allowed to continue without one until they retire. The last helmet-less player, Craig McTavish, doesn’t retire until 1997.
3) yup Ron Hextall and Martin Brodeur have both scored two goals. Chris Osgood and Jose Theodore have also each put a puck in the opposition's net when the other team pulled their goalie for an extra attacker. Billy Smith (the first netminder credited with a goal in 1979) and Damian Rhodes, scored only on technicalities, being the last player to touch the puck before an opposing player accidentally put the puck into his own net.

1) Well, it has to be Marty McSorley. As he has never applied for reinstatement, he is still suspended for clubbing Brashear in the head back in, what was it...? 2000?

I know we're on to the next questions but I wanted to clarify an interesting point. Billy Smith was first to get credited with a goal but he didn't actually score it. He was the last player on his team to touch it before the other team put it in their own net. |

| 2) Roberto Luongo but I have no idea how many. I'll say he played 75 games x roughly 55 minutes = ~4000 minutes. |

| I have no clue what the first two are but the third one is the Philadelphia Flyers. I think it started on Oct. 14, 1979 and it went to January 7, 1980. |
