Hi Guest 4943. Thanks for the contribution. Just a heads up that the insTIGATOR rule (sp) is already in place in the NHL so it doesn't need to be brought back. You probably meant to ask if it should be REMOVED. You can find discussion about the already-existing instigator rule here:
