Right now the top 5 scorers in the NHL are From Canada 1) Crosby 2) Thornton 3) Lecavalier 4) Heatley 5) St. Louis Now with Hossa being 6th and 4 points behind if the top 5 stay the top 5 it will be the first time since the 88-89 season that the top 5 guys in scoring were all canadian, What do you guys think about that?

I think this sets pretty high expectations for the national team lol. But I'm not reall that surprised, but usually one or two americans/europeans make it to the top 5..

It's good for Canada's national team, since they sucked last year in the Olympics. |

Yeah, too many superstars on the team last Olympics and not enough "workers". Chemistry was awful. I think in 2010 they will be a HUGE force. Crosby will be leading the league again and team Canada also! |

No question Canada is back on top internationally. With this and the young influx of talent coming into the NHL from Canada, (see WJC - 2006 & 2007), I think that there's no doubt Canada is the international team to beat in the upcoming years. |
