Recap...Once upon a time, there was a team from Vancouver. They won the last pie and decided that they would sell it for Luongo. But Luongo cried because Vancouver was the worst in the National Hockey Computer Game.

This is just a stupid way to get up your posts. Does this have anything to do with hockey discussions...NO!!!!! You guys are only trying to defeat Admin's valid attempts to fix garbage like this. marten up guys, I used to consider you all hockey guys but I don't know anymore.

I agree with the guest. After a long post explaining how we should not post this kind of stuff members still persist upon using silly games to boost their post count(no offence semin, I know that wasn't your interest but that's pretty much what this game does). It's one word. Honestly, this is worse than the I agree crap that use to and still does, at times, float around. I think Admin sort of failed his job by letting this pass. This sort of game isn't even related to hockey. It can have indirect roots to the sport within the game but it isn't generating discussion.
I think every member is interested in their post count except Admin as he is the administrator for these forums. That is, in no way, a bad thing. It's great for the forum. It's how you accumilate these posts that differs members from other members. Seeing as this is a hockey site I'll use a hockey simile: If one player scores 50 garbage goals including parking their behind infront of the net and redirecting tip-ins etc. while another player scores 35 beautiful goals each dynamic and explosive, who would be the better the goal scorer. I would say the 35 goal player seeing as his efforts are more on his own efforts. Make sensible posts people. Use logic and state opinions. |

This is the first time I see this...
I'm sorry Admin, I am making a unilateral executive decision here. Nothing against you Semin as you are usually one of the most respectful posters here, but this thread blatantly disregards everything the Admin said in his big post. Now there are some other ways to have a bit of fun on here, like with the question game and the trivia (were people are often forced to do research about the game) and the predictions but I think this one pushes the envelope a little too far. Now if the Admin disagrees with me here, then he can unlock this, but I think this thread should stay locked because it seriously lacks content. |
