Not sure if this has been brought up yet but with the CBA expiring and the threat of a lockout it might bode well for the Oilers.

First off I am not hoping for a lockout and I desperately want the Oilers to improve this coming season but if it does happen the Oilers are looking at a very good chance of adding Nathan MacKinnon or Seth Jones.

I know when Pittsburgh drafted Crosby every team had a chance to win the lottery but not sure how the % worked.

I really wish these 2 were our options this year but we will have to wait and see. These are 2 very very good prospects that could end up going to any team in the league.
