I think 3.2 is one of the older versions (I used to have 3.0), and if I remember right I think you can do stuff like what I do since it's pretty much basic stuff like putting pictures onto a background and erasing around them, painting or drawing, changing background colors, and adding text. However I don't think you can do stuff like change the lighting and design of the background or add effects by changing to different brush styles (meaning you only get a straight line with the brush, you can't change its thickness or shape). Also there are fewer fonts.
I have Photoshop Elements 2.0 which is a little more advanced but it's still one of the older versions and not as complex as the newer ones. |
