That a boy Van Riemsdyk . It was so fun being his stick boy and also Nick Ross hits players left right and center so be prepared for him.
And wow Angelo Esposito on the Penguins can you say stanley cup. |

I can't believe that Esposito went 20th, I wish the Oilers picked him up instead of Alex Plante (15th Overall) but I guess we did need a D man.

Crosby + Malkin + Staal + Esposito = Big results for the Pens.
Jagr + Shanahan + Lundqvist + Cherepanov = Better playoff performance for the Rangers, and more season points.
The coming years should be interesting. |

I think that Cherepanov going at 17 to the Rangers was a bigger steal then Esposito to the Pens 20th. Now the Rangers need to pluck Cherepanov out of Russia and they will be stacked.
Second place is only first place of the losers. |

I also believe that Cherepanov was a bigger steal. Because they say the biggest downfall to espisito is that he has terrible work ethic.

Yeah I would've picked Cherepanov in a heartbeat. I dunno why everyone waited so long. Kane would've been my first choice, Cherepanov second, and Esposito third. Funny that he's the lazy one...usually it's the Russians.
We need a nickname for Cherepanov...I'd say "Cherry" but that would be easily confused with HNIC's host |

Mik you don't like Van Riemsdyk? I think he is gonna be one of the best power forwards in the league. |

Van Riemsdyk fourth. Forgot about him. I'd pick Kane first because he was ranked highly among North American skaters, and because he got an award at the World Jrs. (at least I think he did, it might've been Johnson who I'm thinking of). The rest is a toss up between Cherepanov, Esposito, and Van Riemsdyk for the next best forward. |

I hope Shattenkirk is good, Liles needed a defense partner
what do Calgary and a tea bag have in common- they're both only good for one cup |

Esposito was definatly a steal. He was supposed to be a superstar but had a bad year in the Q. With Malkin, Staal and Crosby, Esposito should become a premier player in the league.
Second place is only first place of the losers. |

Liles has Leopold and he also has one of the most under rated defenceman in the league Brett Clark. |

What do you guys think of Thomas Hickey?
Will he become a Visnovsky type player(helps playing with him too )
Or a Niedermayer typer player?
Where do you guys think he will be in years to come? |
