That's a fantastic argument.
NOT!
Adding more options is not ridiculous at all, it's easy, and choices posted DOES, indeed, influence results.
Ergo, I won't vote until the Rangers are put up either.

NY Rangers.
I waited too long hoping they would be added to what should be a longer list of potential favourites / contenders. Look at the oddsmakers to get cued on who the real contenders are.

NY Rangers also. The team is built for playoffs. Strong D, strong goalie (best) and plus great forwards for pp and pk. They'll be deadly come playoff time.
Might take a while to Gaborik to return to form and Nash to get use to a different team. They'll be hot right on time for playoffs though. |

I see your point, and i didn't pick them myself, but in all fairness, they have won the President's Trophy in back to back years. While i don't think they're gonna do it this year, i don't think it's all that out of line to have them in the poll, especially considering the poll was put up on Jan 12, before the season began!!! |
