Now that the captain is starting to find his form again, is it time to end the constant talk of him being traded by the end of the year? Will the canucks re-sign him?

Canucks would make a big mistake if they do not sign him

If they end up signing him he'll have to take a huge pay cut. There's no way that they'll pay him 6 mill again for next season. I think if this is where his heart is he should be willing to take a cut... I think somewhere around 3 mill/season is a reasonable amount.

They'll def re-sign him if they don't just like guest 4912 said that would be a huge mistake
